MEO & LEASE LAND(HOUSE OR PLOT):

  4. Property Tax/Water Charges Bills paid upto date
  5. Picture of House or Plot
  6. Attorney ( If mentioned in Registry)

EXTENSION OF APPROVED BUILDING PLAN:

​​The Applicant Should apply on prescribed application form U/S 183-A of the Cantonment Act, 1924 (available in this office) along with copies of following documents:-

  1. CNIC
  2. Approved building Plan
  3. Fresh photographs of the site

After the site report, the case is placed before the Building committee/Bazar committee and recommendations of committees place before the board for approval

RENEWAL OF LEASES:

​​The lesses should be submitted an application for renewal of leases along with attested copies of following documents:-

  1. CNIC
  2. Previous Lease Deed
  3. Building Plan

After scrutiny of relevant documents, the case is put up before the board for approval and after approval renewal deed executed and handed over to lessees for registration after appearance through CEO.

MUTATION OF LEASED/OLD GRANT PROPERTIES:

​​The applicant should apply on prescribed notice U/S 73 of the Cantonment Act, 1924( available in this office) along with attested copies of following documents:-

  1. CNIC
  2. Titled documents i-e. Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Lease Deed, Heirship, Certificate, Court orders, etc.
  3. Approved building Plan
  4. Paid Bills of CB dues

After Necessary scrutiny of titled documents and publication of advertisement in daily newspapers ( incase of mutation by way of inheritance), the case is placed before Bazar Committee and recommendation of Bazar Committee place before the Board for Approval

After Approval of Board, Mutation Letter issued to the applicant

APPROVAL OF BUILDING PLAN:

​​The building plan is required to be prepared by the approved Architect of Sialkot CB on tracing cloth along with four Ferro Copies and soft copy in shape of CD/DVD (Clear JPG)

The Application Should apply on prescribed Form-A&B U/S 179 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 ( available in this office) along with building plan and following documents:-

  1. Attested Copies of titled documents i.e. Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Lease Deed, Court Order, etc.
  2. Attested copy of CNIC
  3. Fresh photographs of the site
  4. Security Clearance Performa along with connected documents for onward submission to Military Authorities.

After scrutiny of titled documents as well as building plan from Land/technical point of view, NOC from land point of view from MEO Gujranwala in respect of properties falls outside notified Bazar area, payment of relevant charges and necessary Security Clearance from the Army authorities, the building plans are placed before the Building committee/Bazar Committee and recommendation of Both Committees place before the board for approval

CONVERSION OF OLD GRANT /CANTT CODE LEASES INTO REGULAR LEASES:

The grantees/occupants should apply on prescribed Schedule-V form duly completed filled and pasted the site plan in its Page-3 along with attested copies of following documents:-

  1. CNIC
  2. Titled documents i.e. PTO/PTD issued by settlement Deptt, Sale Deed, Gift Deed, heirship Certificate, Court order or other titled documents.

After necessary scrutiny of titled documents and site inspection report, the case is placed before Board Approval

After approval of Board, the case referred to competent authority i.e. DML&C Lahore for grant of necessary sanction for the conversion of Old Grant Rights/Cantt Code Lease into Regular Lease

After obtaining sanction, this office asked the applicants to deposit the relevant charges and provide non-judicial stamp papers of appropriate value for the execution of lease deed and after submission of the same, lease deed executed and handed over to applicant for registration in the office of sub-registrar.

Note: Old Grant Policy 2007 issued by the Govt of Pakistan Ministry of Defence ML&C Deptt has been expired on 31-12-2016 and no new policy or extension of previous policy has issued by the Govt so far

ISSUANCE OF COPIES OF RELEVANT RECORD:

The Applicant should apply on the prescribed Application Form in which name and type of required document clearly mentioned

After verification of relevant record and site/CB dues report, the case is put up before the CEO CBS for approval and after approval copy of requisite documents issued to the applicant.
