TIP Tax (Transfer of immoveable property Tax)

• On Transfer of immovable property, TIP Tax is charged at the rate of 3% of the consideration value of the property as per approved STR Rates

Exemption in payment of TIP Tax

• No TIP Tax is charged on transfer of immovable property in case of property transferred among legal hearing (Father/Mother, daughter/Son, Husband and Wife)
